I'm scared and need help

I'm getting tested to ease my health anxiety and I'm so nervous that I can't sit still and I'm on my way to the place to get tested and I fear that I will be filled with so much anxiety that I will freak out and have a huge anxiety attack. Idk what to do.

Hi anxiousgal, first of all try a few deep breaths, try to expel more air than you take in and remember this is a massive trigger but could also ease your worries some my heart truly goes out to you! I always try to think ~ so what if I have a panic attack in front of professionals at least they can really see what this is doing to me, take care try and stay strong keep posting and let us know how you are

Thinking of you

Hi

Take deep breaths in & slowly let them out again try & focus on something else if you can I sometimes sing to myself in my head or count !

It is quite normal to feel anxious & when you get there tell them how anxious you feel they will understand & help to put you at ease

I am sure this test is going to be fine :-)

Let us know how you get on

Thinking about you :-)
