Hello Donver , my day hasnt been amazing. Im super tired i couldnt get to sleep at all last night. I listened to some calming music. That didnt work for very long i think i was sort of dozing more than anything. I just kind of wanted to stay in bed and sleep. I hae alot a family visits in the day and my friend from work popped over to see me so no luck doing that. lol

just fed up today , im bord and i have been spending alot of time looking for a new job mine is stressful at the moment and not helping, so i wanted to see if i had any luck with anything before i go back to work : ( xx

HI, Oh dear its awful when we get no sleep as it makes the anxiety rise x Maybe a early night is needed one night, or ask your family and friends to come later in the day so you can have a lie in x Music is good for calming at times but maybe going to bed with it is keeping you awake more than you realise x Theres a app called calm, which has some sounds in to try to fall asleep to like waves and such it may work better x It can be quite boring having anxiety as we don't tend to be able to do a lot of what we usually take for granted. But maybe at these times you could come on here and chat, someone is normally around most times. Good luck with the job hunt, I think its more stressful looking noways rather than the actual job xx Donver x
