Hey guys,just wanted to thank you all for all your support and messages as I am a newcomer on this forum,everybody has been so warm and welcoming and now I couldn't imagine not coming on here,nice to know that there are people out there who actually know what anxiety feels like,my partner is extremely supportive but finds it hard to get to grips with at time,cheers guys! Xxx

Am glad you find the site helpful. As you say it is always nice to know there is someone to talk to who understands. I have found it a great help to me as I don't feel so alone with my anxiety now, plus I know where to come for support when I need to.

I have found this site a massive help. As you said, so many people are so friendly and welcoming.

It's the only place where I can speak about my problems and people can relate and understand xx

Thanks for your lovely message,I can't believe my luck really just stumbling across this forum,it's been amazing for me even in such a short space of time,I think over time I will open up about my life a little bit more as it has been very stressful over the last 3years,speak soon x
