Is it strange that i dount get angry

I tend not to get angry and bottle it up till it explodes in a fit of shouting.

but not at sombody i just pace round ranting to my self.

No I don't feel its strange at all

I can be the same & bottle things up & people can even think I am a push over , but then when I let go it all comes out at once !

If we are penting up anxiety & how we feel this can be one reason why when we let go we can start shouting !

I often walk round telling myself of as well !

I do try & talk more & let my feelings out so I don't get to the stage where it all explodes , it does help

Ha this applies to me so much. I'm the shy calm quiet type. I've felt it building and tonight I threw a remote at my favorite picture. Shattered it. I'm devestated. Its like I blacked out for a sec I was so mad. Now I feel as and awful
