Hi guys, it's been a while, ive been very busy, managed to get my anxiety under control but recently got a chest infection and the antibiotics i was on kicked off my anxiety again.
We all have an ongoing battle with our anxiety, it's up and down lately and i suspect alot of us are suffering a bit more over the winter period.

Sorry to hear about the chest infection , I know when I am ill it can make my anxiety worse so lets hope this is a blip & will pass as soon as you are feeling better

How strange, was thinking about you just the other day, wondering how you were doing.

Hi Thomson, yeah i have been suffering again, i stopped the antibiotics...they made me feel terrible. I was out this morning and had to come home, i sobbed my heart out when i got in, felt dreadful...i feel better now for letting the emotion out. It will pass, it always does...good to hear from you xxx

Sorry to hear you've been on a downward spiral. The antibiotic thing rings a bell with me not so long back I was put on a course and I found myself in a hell of a state really depressed crying thinking I was dying. I went on the net and found out that it was a side effect of the drug but on the sheet that came with the tabs there was no mention of this particular side effect I told my doc and she had a look at the site and stopped them. I hope you feel better soon.
