Read this online last night.. Apparently we dont really pay to much attention the (true reality) of our lives .We go about our daily lives in a bit of a dream world.To the outside world we appear happy and content ..thats the dream we project.. its a wish a (construct) for us who suffer from depression anxiety sadness daily. The brain has to suppress a lot of these (distracting) problems simple to get us through each day. so we go on day after day in the belief that were coping just fine. Untill our brains say (Whoa.. hold on here I think (we) need to stop and take a look at this). Unfortunaly sometimes or maybe most of the time this manifests as depression guilt sadness.Its a shock to our sytem becaue we dont see it coming....or maybe we`ve ignored the subtle hints our brain has been sending.. Now for me.. when this happens the very same symptoms occure every time. First comes the guilt quickly followed by panic dizzyness clamy hands then... fear... oh boy the fear is crushing sometimes isnt it...as many of us know first hand.. this where the confusion and inability to cope blend in with all the other perceived (negative) signals the brain is sending.. Its melt down of all congnative abilty at the same time.Damn scary stuff.. but controlable ..yes my freinds it is controlable. Please dont think that you can`t learn to cope. you can. seek out ways to recognize the symptoms.. build a strong support sytem.If we lack certain elements of coping inside ourselves.. find them on the outside Never give up hope... peace and love xo steve

Thank you for posting it was a very interesting piece to read
Anxiety can be small steps at a time but our goal is to keep getting a step closer to been anxiety free & we will get there , with all the support on here we wont give up hope !

I found Eckhart Tolle Books a great insight into the truth, which helps us to understand and then cope by changing our thinking (lectures also on youtube)...........best wishes......
