Is this just another symptom of a panic attack?

Hi everyone.

I keep getting this cold tingling sensation in my left arm and legs is something seriously wrong with me.

I have been controlling my anxiety so well for the last few months but this past week I have been worse than ever. Please help ?

Sorry you have had a bad week

I have had these symptoms before & its been anxiety that's been the cause

I would see my GP & let them no & that gives us peace of mind

yes i have had this.Also just like you i have been controlling anxiety very well until this week.Good to check out with doc though as why why said

Hi I'm not diagnosed yet but I get a tingling in my right arm and leg sometimes it can be quite uncomfortable especially when lying in bed. Take care.
