Virus

Well ,after a pretty lousy weekend,ihad to go to care centre myself,had all the obs done ,everything clear but looks like iv copped for a virus,typical ,I get every dam thing going this time of yr,so told to keep up the paraceteamol and take it easy for a few days,nothing morei can do

Sorry to hear your not well, I hope it clears up quickly I must be one of the fortunate ones since I started having the flu jab I have never had even a cold. Take plenty of hot drinks and try and keep warm.

Hi kenny ,it's not a cold ,I just feel really lousy.with all sorts of weird feelings,for the last few yrs every time we hit oct, it starts .itcdoes with me anyway,I do have the flu jab every yr with having asthma,I just seem to b a magnet for everything's that's going round,I'm really fed up,I just don't know we're to put myself,iv been talkin to why why this weekend end on here,I'd have been lost without her ,bless her

Yes I know that love,iv made grt friends on here,like why why,when ur on ur own and sick ,it's no fun at all.winter is allways bad news for me,and the dark nights ,so depressing,that's y I'm so glad iv got this site,it's a real boon for people like me,

Hi love,I think I get most of my germs off public transport,iv been on a bus Manys the time when people sneeze or cough and don't cover there mouthe they get hold off the poles nex to the seats to get up that's how germs r spread,I dread every oct coming because I go down with everything and iv no kids here I live alone,I feel really awfull at the mo,so blinking awfull
