For a few days I've had this strange pain. I've got jaw problems on the right side which can cause ear pain but also the pain has gone around the right eye. I am checking my face alot now, thinking it's Bell Palsy.....which I know it won't be but I do panic. Anyone have this pain?

My friend had Bell's Palsy and had no pain at all. Just woke up one morning with a droopy side to her face.
It gradually came back to life over the course of some weeks.
I get pain in my ear, jaw and round my eye and it's blocked sinuses.
I've also got numb mouth. I am wondering is this still anxiety or something else|?
