Haven't been on here for a while as feel I have been doing ok and managed to keep the horrible anxious feelings at bay but they're back with a vengeance and I feel so frustrated with myself. Doing a shift tomorrow in my other job and know I won't get wink of sleep tonight. Have been home today but have tried to stay busy. But now feel sooo tired, just drained from feeling like this. Even feeling anxious and paniky about stupid things like where I'm going to park! Pathetic eh!

Wondered if anyone had any advice about how to deal with anxiety feelings when they come on when you have something major coming up. ?

Thank you and love to all x

I have had nights when I don't sleep, I am writing this at 0200hrs, and I am at work tomorrow. What keeps me going when I am at work is the fact I am so tired I will sleep that night. I tend to worry about things beforehand but when they actually happen it isn't half as bad. Are you on any meds to help you relax. Hope your day is ok. Take care

I am still a worrier but have learnt that worrying doesn't change anything and it's never as bad as you think it's going to be.Good luck at work, Julie xx
