Doctor says most of my symptoms are anxiety related but I don't always feel anxious when the symptoms start. I agree anxiety probably makes the worse. I am confused. Sometimes I wish I could get a diagnosis

I have some of the worst symptoms I've had have been after the anxiety has subsided.
After my dad died in 1995 I was relatively okay, but Spring 1996 I really started to suffer with health anxiety.
Even now if I have a bad day, quite often it'll be that night or the next day when I really start to get anxiety.
