I've just read an article in an un-named newspaper that says basically by worrying and stressing about certain health problems can "will it on" and you may actually develop these problems. Before I read this I used to worry about "willing it on" but my CBT lady was good in telling me it was nonsense and I started to believe her. Reading this has just set me back but does anyone else believe that by worrying you might get something you will?
