Folks,
just done some research on the internet.It appears that where he is staying is the most easterly inhabited island in the uk.
It also says that there are a few properties near the beach where mobile phone signals are very weak and a few houses cannot even get free view tv.
Bertty is using a dongle which I believe acts a bit like a mobile phone.Could be a poor signal is causing his messages to break up.
Any computer experts out there who may know the answer?

I do believe it could be more the Ribena causing the break up in communication , but could be wrong
I do hope when our song comes later , it doesn't break up as I am so looking forward to it
