Hi Mosschops.

The only advice I can give you is to go and see your GP if they are as good as mine,they will listen to you and and may offer a number of alternatives eg: medication or therapy,or as in my case both.I found the group therapy most helpful and the medication has really calmed me down.As for falling for the wrong guy Im afraid only you can sort out that one.I hope this has been a little help to you.
