Why I keep getting palpitations? Is it cause I'm stressed or anything to do with my anxiety. I have no other symptoms with the palps but I do get scared which I think makes them worse. They just randomly start beating deep and fast, I don't want to go doctors cause I've been soo many times this month only to be told I'm fine and I have been doing so well with my anxiety for the past week which is great but why the palps? Btw I got them whilst lying on my right and when I got up it slowed down a little. Thanks
