Has any had the problem where you have been told what you are and who you are for so long, it just goes round and round I your head?

You can't stop thinking about it and want it to stop!? I been called names at work for 5 years, I had a dream one night that seemed so real, I woke up shaking and wanted to be sick. I didn't say anything to any one for nearly a week, so kept going over and over in my head. Was off work for a month and now I am on medication for the anxiety. But the thoughts are still there!

Yes I have had 6 sessions so far

You should report the people who are calling you names, & if your boss does nothing about it, you can take it to court.
