Felt a touch normal today having family round for dinner, cooking them a nice meal enjoyed the social company and whole family enjoyed it. As anxious and up and down as i was.. who cares i made it through the day i calmed myself down and enjoyed my lunch Lovely day and feeling much happier, tired though.
Everyday i will do something i am scared of and normally put off because as bad as i always think it is, ive done it today and bloody enjoyed myself heehe. So what else can i achieve that i normally put off??? xxxxx
