Chest/back pain anxiety or not.

Today I had this sudden pain slightly to the left side of my chest and went down to the back. It's just sitting in one spot and feels like a aching burny pain gets worse when moving, went to ER and had ECG done was told everything is fine however I was not fully examined like blood test or X-ray and am just curious if this is a common anxiety chest pain. Doctor said its most likely stress.

Hi yes this is normal I have pains all the time and had all tests the more you think about them the more you have them it's hard but try and think about nice things, it's hard it it does work,

I think it's normal for stress...I had pain in my chest above my heart on Sunday and Monday but it's away now. I just put it down to a strained muscle that feeling normally we wouldn't even notice but because we are so sensitive we notice ever ache and pain.
