I think it's a brilliant idea. Just someone to become close with and then every time u chat at least they no your background and you then feel more comfortable chatting to that someone.

Oh yes! I need an anxiety buddy for sure. I'm not able to go out anywhere without the fear that I'll be physically sick and embarrass all those around me. Does anyone else ever fear this please - I'm desperate!

I too want a buddy to talk to who feels like I do. Scared and I think some one going through the same thing I am will help me break out of this shell of worry and stress.
