working out patterns is good and bad...I now know what time of day is bad and they are annoying as they coincide with hectic kid action (btw it not the kids, cos I'm not doing the school runs/bedtimes due to how I feel - lucky me?) and another bad one is that is tightly connected to hormonal shifts, literally feeling the hormones dropping right now - no good as I have counselling tommorow...I keep worrying myself crazy that I'm going to go and feel sick so I can't get back home...It happened to me a couple of weeks ago, went shopping and felt sick...Iwas so panicky trying to get home that I unwiitingly almost ran into the traffic when I got stuck in between lights in the middle of the road...keep saying to myself that it was a one-off, it happened cos I was badly constipated, it has never happened before ect...brain not hving any of it though...AAAAARRGGGHHH why did anxiety have to come back?
