Anyone feel like there about to die

I keep having this feeling like I'm just gonna shut off, it's very difficult to explain. And why is it that all the little sensations are the ones that cause the panics.

Not now, but I did a few weeks ago,so much so,I was afraid to sleep,not good.After about a week of this,I started to tell myself I am not gonna die and forced myself to accept it.Still not right but I can go to bed feeling pretty ok.

mines different Its very much fear of being alone, I walk round the house saying please help me its horrid a really deep sadness like death

Thank you for you replies. I don't know what to do I can't sleep at night because I'm scared and its like i can't convince myself I'm not gonna die it's just so difficult to me it all seem so real and it set me into panic after a panic mode.

What I realised after a few nights was, that I was still alive,I did not die and convinced myself it was not gonna happen.
