has anyone else been feeling super depressed lately?

Because mine has been not great! Ugh.

Also if there is anyone on here who doesn’t drive can you give me advice on how you run errands?

Depression is hard I have the same I do drive though and can't imagine leaving the house without being able to jump into another encosed space x your post just brought that home to me . Not everyone drives though so there's definitely a way x

My depression has been super bad lately and I haven't found a good coping mechanism or treatment. I drive, but I'm sure there are ways to run errands without driving.

Check with your City hall, they might be set up with taxi vouchers. My city hall gives 10 per month to seniors. You get let's say 5 miles and anything over, you pay for. It helps in a pinch.
