Hi everyone, my name is Joey and I’m excited to be a part of this group. I’m an older male who has been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Inattentive ADHD. Despite my diagnosis, I’m a fun-loving and easy-going person who enjoys spending time outdoors and writing.
I have found that having my dog around provides great companionship and helps me manage my stress and anxiety. So dog tales are always a great topic but I'm always open to talk about anything (I have ADHD and love to talk).
I’m looking forward to getting to know new people and sharing our experiences together. I have been a member of other groups in the past and I know I'm not alone with my struggles. Hopefully this group will be a great place to share some thoughts and feelings.
