Need somebody to speak to

Hello everyone, I feel to be too emotional and in most cases my emotions get out of hand. I can't control some thoughts and this has led to endless headaches. I have trust issues on everybody around me, I need somebody to to talk to who doesn't know me personally. I can't afford a counsellor please.
