trying to push through

sorry again for so many posts. I’m currently staying at my boyfriends house (he lives with his mom, we’re only 25!). I feel guilty because I’m scared I might have covid, but I tested yesterday and was negative. I’ve been getting headaches but I think maybe it’s anxiety related. Eating is a little difficult. I seem to still be anxious even though I’m back from my trip. I don’t know if I should go home or stay at my boyfriends house. I’m just so fearful I’ll get sick or get someone else sick

I tend to stress out a lot before and after trips, irrationally.

I'm not saying you might not be sick, but consider maybe you have just a little bug, that's totally common after a trip. Don't freak yourself out thinking you have covid, it will only make your symptoms seem more obvious. Its okay to test multiple times, but if you keep getting negatives, you should accept that. And if by the smallest chance you do, you can't blame yourself. You are doing your best, but you are not perfect, you are human. The fact that you care is a wonderful thing.
