I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
I am looking for free, high quality support groups for bipolar disorder.
I prefer online, but for in person I am in Miami-Dade County.
I have tried DBSA's local chapter and it was not a good fit for me.
I am trying to got connected with NAMI.
Are there good online forums or resources you have found useful?

U have found the right forum here. It is a supportive environment. There R people here such as myself who R bipolar. I use NAMI as resource. They T great. However sometimes, it takes time to get thru to them. Good luck

Hi Zac - DBSA (Depression & Bipolar Alliance) has Zoom support groups for bipolar. You can find your chapter here: dbsalliance.org/ Also, check out bphope.com. They have a lot of good info and articles written by bipolar people about their experiences. I found many that I could relate to and it made me feel validated to know other people experienced the same situations.
