Afraid I don’t agree with avoiding flu shots…I do think they are necessary as one gets older…didn’t know they had mercury in them though!
They don't. More anti-vax misinformation 😕
Always check whats in them! never put anything into your body without researching it first. Medicine sales is a business dont believe everything they tell you!!!!!!!!
So to clarify a few things. The vast majority of flu shots that children and adults receive in the US are single-dose, and therefore do not contain any trace of mercury in them. The only instances where the other type of multi-use vaccine, which contains thimerosal, would be used is in an emergency vaccination setting, and that's not happening here. And thimerosal, while it contains mercury, the mercury is tightly bound to another element and the two are flushed harmlessly through the body. Scientists and doctors know this because they can mark these compounds w radioactive tags and watch them as they progress through the body. Thimerosal does NOT cause mercury poisoning, but 710,000 were hospitalized and 52,000 people died from the flu in the US in 2017 alone. Please do not encourage people to not get vaccinated for preventable illnesses using junk science.

I take Chlorella/Spirulina supplements everyday and can definitely see and feel the benefits. Stopped using fluoride toothpaste paste but need to work more on less meat and wine! Those are tough ones but moderation is key I’m sure. Thx for the info.🙏

I have never heard of these supplements, what exactly are they please and what do they do apart from effect on pineal gland? Avoiding tap water is a tricky one as bottled water would work out very expensive…and presumably you would have to use it for cleaning teeth as well!

They are considered an algae superfood high in antioxidants. vitamins and minerals and excellent for removing toxins in the body. There are many benefits. Will send you links. I found a supplement that contains both.

I’m assuming the fact they rid the body of toxins and build up that they probably have a cleaning effect on Pineal gland. Aside from the major antioxidants in them that probably also help with this gland. Just my thoughts, but definitely not a scientist

I have a water filter it gives me pure water, cost about £350 but worth it.
