One of my symptoms of anxiety is feeling like I am uncoordinated and like I could get dizzy. Does anybody have any tips on how to cope with this one symptom?

I take deep breaths and then drink some water.

When you're anxious you may not be eating and hydrating enough. Drink water as just_keep_swimming suggested, and try using an isotonic saline spray.

That’s not the business. Sorry you’re dealin with that. Agree with the others about the deep breaths inhale slow through nose and exhale slow through nose. Also water a lot of water but throughout the day.

Time passing is the only thing that helps me. I get this too when my anxiety is it's worst, like I can't control my limbs correctly, like my right controls my left & vice versa, but that's in a severe panic attack. It sent me to the hospital several times thinking i was dying, but they said it was panic attack, because all my vitals & tests were normal. Sorry u are experiencing this. Nothing anyone has ever suggested has helped me except benzodiazapine medication, sadly (which i don't have access to anymore). Time passing is the only thing that's helped me recently. Best of luck!
