My family smells when i make the slightest progress and ruins it

I was just stabilizing myself with a lot of effort and grandpa called and ruined it all. He said dad, stepmother and the kid have covid and first i hate to be talked about them, second he sees them as family, third mom wants to go to her mom and what if she and sis are infected. But how to tell her "dad has covid, don't go to protect your mom", she only cares about her image, she prefers to visit granma to seem like a perfect daughter, not caring she might infect her. And me. And my mental health. But i can't tell her otherwise. I can't. Don't tell me to avoid them because i simply can't

I’m a little lost on who is visiting who with covid. You can ask whoever who talk to to be clear on their covid and vaccine status with everyone they come in contact with before they are in contact with them. If you don’t want to tell or warn anyone then that’s pretty much it. It is what it is. I mean if they get covid they are more likely to have long covid than die assuming they are vaccinated. Apparently that is more common in younger people. Miserable experience. Them’s the breaks I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I needed this reminder. That it's my mind. They can do whatever they like but it's my mind. And they're all vaccineted but 2 years ago. Dad's vaccineted and he has it. He's divorsed with mom but he might have seen sis and sis can be infected and also infect me, Grandma and not feel well herself. She's vaccineted but it was 2 years ago. Same with all of us

Even people who are boosted and protected by security and protocol get it (Biden just got it) . It is the degree that is important. If it has been two years (you mean a year right?) they should be getting boosted. Do you have boosters available? Regardless all we can do is protect ourselves at this stage. Since it is summer can you be outside as much as possible? That is a very safe place to be.
