I told someone this a few days ago but it may help others. I have a friend that is a doctor (GP) and he became ill with something (I only remember it had to do with his Kidneys). He went to 4 different drs in different states and all of them were clueless on what he had. The was going on in a matter of a year. Someone told him to try this one doctor he knew. On the day of his appointment with him, this new dr read something in the AMA about a medical problem that hadn't been known of for almost 100 years. When he heard my friend's ailments he remembered that article he read and it matched. He found out the problem and how to fix it. That's why you never give up and try something else. If you have to see more drs then do it I had to see 4 drs before they diagnosed me with epilepsy. One said I had migraines, one tested me for Lupus, and the other one that was a Neurosurgeon said he had no clue. But told me to go to this other Nero guy. I did and he said why didn't they see on this 2 year old catscan that I had epilepsy. Get other opinions. Do it to you find the one that "fixes" you. Don't give up. Suicide is a permanent conclusion to an known solution. Never give up.

Jorja70, you are absolutely correct. Never give up..My case made the New England Medical Journal years ago.

I'm alive today because the doctor on call wasn't too proud to

call in a team of specialists. Thanks for your post. It brought back

a positive memory. xx

Thank you for sharing this story. It gives me hope and I will read it everytime I feel discouraged.
