Like hiba suggested knowledge is power. There are tips you can google. You need to identify what is holding your attention. Make your phone boring. Use black and white mode. Take social media apps off your phone. If you must use the browser for Facebook. They make it miserable so you will use their app. Know which games are intended to suck you in and get rid of them. Two dots is an example. Smart phone content is designed to distract and suck you in. I work increasingly harder to stop videos from automatically playing the next one or interrupt the article I’m reading. It is extremely frustrating because I love my smart phone for good reason.
