hi in the UK we can get free therapy or pay if you have the money but not sure about the USA or whatever.

I am a LPC-A and during grad school when we are trying to get our hours we have to see clients for free because we aren’t licensed yet, so look into that as an option.

Keep in mind they are putting in their time and expertise. Would you work for free? There are some that will work on a sliding scale. Do you have healthcare insurance?
