It's not better. It's never better. This pain you're in, it's temporary. Though, I know it doesn't feel that way. We need you here. We need you with us. We can help get you through the darkness, and others will learn from your experience.

You do need friends. Have a close look at your life; you probably already know your friends.

Yes, I need friends too. I've been sad lately too, and I realized a lot of it is coming from loneliness. Please stay on here Lola. :) <3

Please - that is never the answer. You are important and the future can be what you make it. See past whatever is happening - the world is yours.

There is a Buddhist saying that suggests each and every day offers a new opportunity to live a precious human life. That, much as the sun rises, we too can rise and offer our light to the world. To make a difference to the world and others and in so doing to enlighten our life.

At the root of depression and anxiety lies a lack of connection (an emptiness) often rooted in an inner conflict (a fire forging change) seeking to express and resolve itself. Like the simple, but sacred, act of breathing, it is an oscillation and in the awareness of those movements and rhythm lies this inexplicable sense of love, hope and peace. The mastery and observation of the breath offers the wonders of a new beginning not the pointless futility of an untimely end.

Live and love each day as if it is your last and find a freedom forged of hope that springs eternal.

So, you can sit and struggle and succumb or strive to make the most of that opportunity to live a precious human life. It begins by a simple act of love filled kindness offered deeply from our heart.

Nope! You are needed, to help others here.

Just stopping breathing wouldn't work anyway, as your body will just pick up breathing without your consent when you lose consciousness.

You have come here with a purpose, and I will presume it is for help from us, until you are well enough to help others. Everyone here has had depression and/or Anxiety. so we can help if you let us.

Cheers, Midori

Stopping breathing would not be better for you or anyone around you. Embrace your life no matter how it looks right now. One tiny step forward. Where do you want the changes to begin? All the best to you in this brand new year.

Believe me that's not a good idea. I know because I have tried it 3 yrs ago and realized there's so much to live for from bird song to going on a crowded train. Maybe it wasn't the lack of achievement (the interview) maybe it was the expectation to achieve in the first place.

It wouldn’t be, unless it’s your time to go. We all get feeling bad and stressed and depressed at times. Well, not all of us, I have met a few people, who just roll with the flow. Because they are smart enough to know, worrying about it, does no good at all. Here are some things that help me, if you want to try all or 1. Get 6-8 hours of sleep each night. Get 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise daily. This has such a calming effect. Before I get out of bed, I do 2 rounds of the Wim Hof guided breathing exercises free on you tube. The 3 round ones not the 5 . And a cool shower daily. Your goal is a 5 minute pure cold shower. But you might have to ease into it. With a cool 30 second rinse. Then a 60 second. Then 2 minutes 3 minutes. Once you get the 5 minute part. Then start making the water colder. Google cold shower therapy for mental health. Too many people love you and need you to be strong. I think our thinking is half the battle. I think we wear ourselves out with negative thoughts. And I think the other half is how we are wired. And the things I told you can help you a lot .
