Hi guys I've been taking 10mg of citalopram for a week alongside proparanol 10mg x3 a day. I took both before bed last night about 1ish and accidentally took another this morning. So I've had 20mg of citalopram in the last 7 hours. Is this going to cause issues and when should I take my next dose as i technically would take it at 1am. I'm a bit panicky atm waiting to feel off.

Hi Natalie, I accidentally spent 3 months taking 30mg a day of Citalopram. I misread the prescription. I was really happy…probably the best I’ve ever been just a bit hyper. When I spoke to the doctor and we got it sorted he said the only reason they don’t prescribe higher doses if because of a lack of testing but I would be fine.
