I have been having sleeping problems on my days off for a few weeks now. I get to sleep at a decent time but I keep sleeping in too late and end up oversleeping on my off days and it completely throws my day off and makes me feel weird throughout the day. I'm not sure what to do to solve this problem. I set alarms but turn them off and keep sleeping. I change positions a lot when sleeping because I can't sleep on my back for very long. I don't like feeling off and having my days disrupted like this. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions? Thanks.

Sleeping problems
Sorry you been having this problem , I have had a similar problem where I would sleep like 8 hours up to 12 hours and would wake up feeling tired . These are a things that helped me . Go to bed the same time and get up the same every day even on your days off. Don't drink any caffeine up to 6 hours before bed . Try sleep meditation I use an app called balance which currently has a free trial but there are also ones on YouTube and other app too. Journal each day even if it's just bullet points or random thoughts or you could draw . Set you self goals for the next day something simple like going for a walk or even getting out of bed . Write them down and stick to them and if you do make sure you give yourself praise . I have been doing this for about 3 weeks and my sleeping has improved so much and energy levels as well. It can a take a bit of time to see any results so don't be discouraged if you try and doesn't work straight away. Anyway that my advice feel free to take it or leave it .Hope your situation improves
