Think of your thoughts as a file cabinet with cobb webs and old files...if it's useless. Burn it up.. get rid of it... If you can work on it.... Keep to it and put in the work ... As you said words are powerful so is ignoring and being silent towards them. I love to ignore humans that relish in devilish behavior such as habitual lying, being manipulative, gaslighting, selfish towards others is golden 👌 Great post
