You are definitely not alone. If you look under some posts here I started a thread that could possibly help you. My anxiety gets worse when I'm not distracted. When I am in my head often I can't function properly. When I'm occupied by someone or something, it seems to help. Worrying and feeling anxious of the future is definitely a common go Around of anxiety. Try focused meditation.... Try to focus on something that's nowhere near negative. It can even be something inanimate object or even a thought. For instance .... Your stressors that are Triggering your anxiety are future related... Which is yet to come. That fact being noted, you can use that anxiety to actually help motivate you to keep clear of things you have no control over. ๐ So if the future is making you anxious.... Turn. It. Around. ... Think of all the good that you've gone through over the last two years. Really focus on the thought and slowly try to mediate a path to joy. Be excited to look forward to things. Be anxiously excited .... Ever heard of the saying " the future is now"?. That's related to the process of change, and this can be good or bad. Your future is now. So think and feel confident in every move you make ,every thought you have. Remember that it all starts with perception. ๐ค
Thanks for this lovely post Lusyd, I think what is in my mind right now is mix between some different feelings, I feel I wanna think more about the future and the dreams I wanna reach, still some little sadness towards past experiences and fear of failure again. But luckily this feeling will not prevent me from doing better today. I have a family day and i am little bit not very excited but i will push myself to enjoy it as much as i can and to be mindfulness with each moment. Thanks for sharing and wish you a great day โค๏ธ
