Nervous stomach

I’ve had a nervous stomach for a couple days now and I can’t quiet my mind.

I start a new job Thursday; there’s a lady I don’t get along with also working there. I plan to be civil and just go do the work and let that be that.

Any tips on how I can make myself calm down? I’m physically sick thinking about it. I’m not looking to be her friend. I’m not looking for trouble either. How do I handle her if she’s confrontational? I’m really stressing out over this.

Just do what you've said you're going to do. Just be civil, and let your actions toward her speak for themselves.
