feel anxious? not wanted or needed?

St judes will let u write cards to the kids and families.........in desperate tmes and needs..........

they teach us how they all pull each other through their hello......they know the importance of staff to the kids.....and family........not like the mhs -

the kids help the kids, the staff and all use any and all things to help people cope...............depression or sadness a mental illness.? give me a break........

forget about your anxiety.......which is a universal and im totally sympathetic............harness it...........use it........we all have it but learn to ignore it because we have a cause bigger than us..........ST judes or USO or whatever gets us out of bed in the am.........and forget about the problems of the world we cant fix...........ya but we have............whatever cause........is more powerful than anxiety..........

not meant to be insenseitve ............meant as dont let people give u a complex about the littel things..........feed the birds old bread or whatever............they love us just as we are and its affordable............go make some cookies for a freind..............

use................your anxiety............
