I feel like this at times. Daily cardio exercise to produce endorphins helps. Walking or jogging or you tube aerobics or jogging or walking in place. Here comes my best thing I found 2 months ago. A daily cold shower. Yes a pure cold shower to wash yourself. When I first started it was barely cold. And as each day went by I made it a little colder. Until after a month I was on pure cold. Which is 55 degrees now. I have a cooking thermometer and a pan I check it with. I totally soap up and shower pure cold. I rinse for 5 minutes when done with hot . It’s done so much for me I’m doing it twice a day. The feeling that comes from it is one of confidence and peace and calm. Go online and look at cold shower therapy for mental health.
Weird, but I felt the need for a shower the other day. It wasnt cold, though. I will look it up, thanks. I need all the help I can get
