What are you grateful for?
I am grateful for my childrens’ lives...
Always...
But especially today because my youngest choked while I was upstairs and my middle son was with him and did the abdominal thrust on him (heimlick sp?) and saved his life. I’m tearing up now that it’s hitting me. I’m so proud of my kiddos. This reminds me I say the guardian angel prayer with them in the mornings and I like to think we each are being watched over. ✨
Starrlight, I am so touched by the quick action of your son. You have every reason to be proud of them as well as proud of yourself in how
you have raised them. Wipe the tears. Time for hugs all around to your children

How are you?
I'm pretty good. Got some bad news when one of my medicines (geodon) started causing tardive dyskinesia, but moving to new medicines has so far been painless. We'll see what happens when I can finally quit the geodon -- I hope the TD goes away. At first I was devastated when I saw what was happening, but then I realized that all the people who care about me won't care about that. (Okay, it still sucks.)
Who will it bother? It won’t bother anyone who matters and because the heart and soul is what matters they see what is important and love you because you are important -the whole of you- you are loveable. When I get really stressed I get twitches all around my mouth and I can’t control it it’s kind of a scary feeling.

💗 Such a smart kiddo and little hero. Your boys are great & I hope you know that's a reflection on you.I am grateful for the Monterey Aquarium live fed of their animals- especially the moon jellyfish (when I need anxiety relief) & the otters (when I need a smile/laugh). And that I passed my learner's permit test... passed on my third try. Yes, I'm in my 40s & never driven. So wish me luck with the rest... 😬🚗

😊 Hope you like it. My therapist & I figured this helps some & is super easy. I think it's cause watching the animals taps joy in both the adult & my inner child. It feels safe too. Plus is therapic without feeling like it.

I feel like I may have said the wrong thing to you, and I'm so sorry if my remark came off as being callous or something like that. The government is making it tougher and tougher to get it. Honestly, it's been so many years I only remembered bits of this prayer. So I tried Google, and there it was. It still seems a marvel to me.
If I close my eyes I'm about five years old, kneeling next to my bed with Mom at my side.

That’s it! That’s the one! Only in the morning we switch the night to ever this day. What a good memory you have.

Thank you so much LunsSkye. He watched me do the same about a month ago for my mom who was choking. I’m so grateful.
