Many of you ask members about our own experience with YOUR medications and we are more than happy to do so. However, I hope it is understood that more often than not what may work for me may not for you and vice- versa. (Kind of like a crap shoot!😉) So, let me just suggest a few things that makesYOU in charge of your own self, your own advocater: 1. Always ask your doctor first. If you do not feel comfortable doing so or they “blow you off” find another doctor! 2. I like doing my own research . Not because I don’t trust what my doctor says but I want to know what that “small print says” that they told me “don’t worry about it”. 3. Google has a wealth of information; easy to use and read. 4. Many people keep a journal on how their medication is helping (or not) daily or any pertenant information about it. Then, bring it with you to your doctor appointments. 5. Definitely visit us -we all bring various information that hopefully is of interest and beneficial . Besides, we are very nice people!😌😌
