Hi all so for nearly 3 weeks i have had this awful headache with vertigo. Dr orginally said my ears were the issue and it does feel like there is pressure in them but obviouslt my anxiety thinks something more is the issue. I drink a lot of coke and no water really, i also had my eyes tested and they said i strain my eyes when looking at a computer screen and thats my job pretty much so i need to pick glasses up next week.
Its just driving me nuts
I am not sure if drinking coke all the time is healthy, try cutting right down on this and drink more water (or diluted fruit juice) instead and see if it makes a difference.
You could be dehydrated and water is the better option.
I would hazard a guess that your headaches are down to the amount of Cola you drink. Cola not only has a great deal of caffeine, which is a stimulant, but it also has a diuretic effect, which will tend to dehydrate you, as you will be heading to the bathroom frequently.
Add this to the hot weather, and the combination is pretty well guaranteed to give you headaches.
In hot weather you need to increase your fluid intake and reduce the caffeine. Try other drinks, juice or milk instead of Cola. You don't have to give up Cola, just reduce it somewhat.
