Heart rate is 52 right now i dont know if i need to call ambulance or not again theyve gotta be missing something my heart rate shouldn't be this low , is 50-55 dangerous when sitting ??

It mainly depends on your body, My resting heart rate is between 53-62 but if you feel it is an emergency call 911.

Please see someone about your health anxiety. My resting heart rate is between 52-67. When I get up and perform tasks it goes to 78-90 and then when I sit it returns to my resting. As long as it goes up with exertion and back down on rest it is doing its job. You can not change that by thinking really hard it does what it does on its own. You said again and they missed something which leads me to believe you have recently had this checked and they assured you nothing was wrong. You have to trust them, their job is to keep you alive. I believe you are suffering from health anxiety and need some professional help to get through it to the other side of living with it not against it. That's what my heart rate is at resting too or even lower. I used to worry about it too I bought a heart monitor and checked it while sleeping and it's in the mid-40s. I told all my doctors about it and none of them seem concerned guess it's normal I'm 57 years old. I don't worry about it anymore. When I'm doing activities such as exercise or working it goes into the 70s and '80s beats per minute.
