Hi guys!
Hope everybody is doing well and keeping the good fight. I'm currently going through Covid. Luckily relatively mild simptoms. I'm in quarantine and I've been thinking about triumphs. As a person who has suffered from anxiety and lately depression I realised that I've been (as all of you gentle people who are reading this) through rough moments and pushed though it. Yes, it has taken lots of effort for us to go through everything but imagine if society would acknowledge these fights as it does with wealth or fame. These are our victories, and they are BIG. It takes so much effort to accomplish normal things in life and it takes twice the amount of effort to accomplish them while facing depression and anxiety. We have to tell that to ourselves every single day because our mind sometimes plays on the other field, against us. Don't let anyone take these victories from you, not even yourself. Hope these words will bring some relief and strenght in your day. Love you guys
