Depression getting worst.

I was pretty sure that my medicine for depression and anxiety was working because I noticed some changes but I have been noticing that some symptoms came back and a little bit stronger. Even though I am experiencing new ones that I did not have before.

That make me wonder if that is normal or not.

I have not talked to my doctor yet because I thought it was temporal.

Can anyone tell me what do you think?

Having been the med route quite some time ago, I concluded that they're only a crutch, hopefully short term, to be used while we improve our mental hygiene (and perhaps general health habits, too such as cleaner diet, more physical activities, quiet times, measured breathing, etc.).

Some patients upon being medicated, think they're now shielded so let the meds do all the work while they carry on as before if not even more toxically imo. This tends to often sabotage the meds' useful impact.
