Mental Health Movies?

I know movies are a great way to inspire me personally and I’m looking for movies about mental health/mindfulness that will inspire me to take it seriously to feel better.

I know it works, I just don’t have the motivation always to do it, but movies really help me. I have Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime, and am willing to purchase movies too. Documentaries are best but I’ll take whatever I can find. Please help.
