time two days a week and home with kids alone 2-3 days a week while my wife works her full time job and then we are home together two days a week. I am feeling depressed and anxious from the overwhelming demands of my job, taking care of my 2 year old and 6 month old, as well as being a husband. Most men I speak to aren’t in the same situation nor have they ever been close so whatever I say comes off as complaining. Being a man I relate more with stay at home mothers, but the taboo situation of close relationships with the opposite sex puts me in an awkward situation.
Feeling trapped inside the home with little support. No one to talk to or relate to without crossing over into taboo land which offers only more stress. Any advice, support would help more than you know. Thanks

You are in the position many women are in but somehow it is expected of them and people would think there is something wrong with a woman who finds this difficult.
Maybe discuss one of you working more part time? Or how about a nursery for part of the day if it's financially worth it. It is very difficult to work from home and take care of children and I can relate to that.
Hi- When I was young, my father was the one taking care of me and my siblings. My Mom was working full time, she’s a teacher. Many of my friends are nurses, they are working full-time and their husbands are the one in-charge with their kids and the household chores.
Taking care of a 2-year-old and 6-month-old is exhausting. It’s not easy to work from home and take care of kids. Don’t forget to have some time for yourself. When your kids are taking their naps, try to relax and practice self-care. If you can get help from friends or family, it would be great.
