I forgot to make a post after my appointment on Monday so here I am doing it rather delayed š
I was pretty nervous going in as I havenāt really left my house apart from walks within the vicinity of my house and felt an attack coming on but it disappeared once the physio therapist came in.
I told him about my wrists and about my elbow (two people were carrying me by my ankles and wrists as a joke and the person carrying me by my wrists dropped me and my elbow hit the wood floorboards really hard).
He told me that he doesnāt think I have Carpal Tunnel (phew!) but rather itās my wrists screaming in pain from doing repetitive tasks often because as he put it āhumans arenāt made to be doing things repetitively so it starts to take a toll after a whileā whether thatās true or not doesnāt matter, heās the professional Iām not.
As for my elbow he does think that thereās something going on but most likely due to my neck/back (weāre going to test those next Monday). He also told me that I have āTennis Elbowā itās apparently very common and again due to doing things repetitively.
So he gave me some easy exercises to do in the mean time and I have another appointment on the 1st but to exam my neck and back (as Iāve mentioned already) to see if itās the main cause for my overall pain.
It took several years but I finally got some much needed answers. š
Hope everyoneās been doing well š¤š¤
