I had tried to start my morning more positive and when I looked inward, something I have never done, I had a full meltdown. I was able to get through it with the help of my wife but I get caught up thinking she might not have the patience for me, if I have to visit the hospital multiple times. My point is, I gave myself a chance to fail and will continue to. It’s ok to cry, it’s ok to feel pain, it’s ok to hate whoever and whatever is causing you pain, and most importantly, you will get through it. I’m posting this to remind myself if I ever feel down. Hope this helps.

😄 thank you 🙏
I was at an online seminar a few days ago. One of the speakers told a story about how every night at dinner her father would ask “what have you failed at today?” He said if you eventually succeed at something you will experience failure, and if you are failing, you are progressing, which eventually may lead to success 🙂
